ANTICHI TELAI (Rome) Antichi
Telai, located in Rome, is known for an impeccable style and extremely
classy products, made with the highest traditional tailoring standards
since 1894. Two brothers: Antonio and Savino Di Pietrantonio, run their
business following just one believe: absolute perfection. Their
exclusive suits are made with fabrics produced by the most prestigious
brands in the world: Dormeuil and Holland & Sherry. While for the
shirts the fabrics are from the finest Italian suppliers such as Testa
and Monti.
This
philosophy of timeless style and superb materials, has attracted the
attention of many Italian celebrities and International stars as George
Clooney, Brad Pitt and Nicolas Cage who do wear Antichi Telai. Even
several Emirates Sheikhs, do fly to Rome exclusively to get new tailor

ATESETA (Florence) During
my frequent buying trips in Florence I came across a small fashion
house called Ateseta. I was blown away by the very rich and colorful
fabrics of their shirts and ties. So directly from Florence is now
Ateseta also available at DaGruppo.
Ateseta
was established in 1991 and through boundless enthusiasm and passion
for the fine traditional art of Italian shirt making, Ateseta has
become synonymous of style and distinctiveness. Owners Ivano and
Barbara know how to translate their design concepts and the nicest
fabrics into the exceptional quality of products required by their
international demanding clientele.
DOLCE & GABBANA (Milan) Stefano
Dolce and Domenico Gabbana are arguably the most powerful and
influential designers of our time. They are known for making "stars
look like stars". In fact their clients include some of the best
dressed people in the world, such as the Beckhams, Madonna, Sophia
Loren, Isabella Rossellini, Demi Moore and Nicole Kidman. D&G began
achieving long awaited awards in the 1990s and, in 1991, they were
awarded the ‘Wollmark Award’ and ‘Best Fragrance of the Year’ in 1993.
By the end of the 1990s it was reported that their sales were around
$500 million per year. They have now become one of the world’s most
successful ready-to-wear companies and are considered Hollywood’s
number one choice of designer.
ENRICO COVERI (Milan) Enrico Coveri was born in Florence, Italy in 1952. He studied at the "Accadema delle Belle Arti" in Florence. He moved to Paris in 1978 to work for Pierre Cardin and in 1979 he returned to Italy to established his own company. Coveri
was a bold designer of young, fun-loving fashions. He blended strong
colors into striking, clever designs of knitted tops and trousers that
had a broad appeal. He died in 1990 when he was only 38 years old.
Following the trendy style initiated by Enrico, his sister Silvana and
her son Francesco (born 1975) are since then running the operations of
the fashion house of Coveri. At DaGruppo we have a broad range of
