The house is ideally located: 40 minutes from Rome, 40 minutes from the Airport of Fiumicino and just 5 minutes from the town of Bracciano and the lake of Bracciano.
Within the villa there is a separate apartment for rent. It’s 65 m², with 5 sleeping places and a fully equipped kitchen. It’s perfect for families with 2 or even 3 kids.

and swimming pool the view on the lake it’s absolutely stunning.
The lake Bracciano is of volcanic origin 32 km northwest of Rome. With a surface of 56 km² it is the second largest lake in the region (second only to Lake Bolsena)
and one of the major lakes of Italy. It has a circular perimeter of 32
km and its deepest point is 165 m. Due the absence of motorized
navigation the lake is one of the cleanest of Italy.
THE CITY OF BRACCIANO
The DaGruppo villa is located a few minutes by car from the city of Bracciano. Which is a
medieval, cozy and characteristic town with a magnificent castle build
around 1230 which still dominates the lake. The castle and surroundings
areas do definitely have a special charm: in November 2006 actor stars
as Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes had their wedding in the castle.
In
the city and around the lake of Bracciano there is a great number of
exquisite restaurants serving local food and wines for an insanely good
price/quality ratio.
Near the region of Bracciano there are also many archeological places to see related to the ancient civilization of the Etruscans.
