SHIPMENT TRACK AND TRACE
Once your order has been shipped, you can follow it on TNT Track & Trace SHIPPING TIME: Orders
are usually shipped within 2 business days. According to TNT standard
delivery timeline, you are expected to receive the goods in:
- The Netherlands: 1 to 2 business days
- Europe: 4 to 7 business days
- Outside Europe: 5 to 15 business days
DUTIES & TAXES: All
items entering a foreign country are subject to custom inspections and
the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with the country's
national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes
incurred. DaGruppo cannot determine these fees during the checkout
process. For more information, please contact your local customs
office. In the event that the buyer refuses delivery, he is responsible
for payment of return duties and taxes; in this case, return shipping
